Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years recent mortgage banking experience.
• Must have a current R/E license.
• Must possess a high level of integrity.
• Strong focus on quality and customer service.
• Bi-Lingual/Spanish a plus!

Position Summary:
Coordinates and supervises the work of underwriters and underwriting support staff.

Requirements:
*Conventional, Direct Endorsement (DE) and VA Automatic designations required.
*Minimum of (7) years mortgage loan underwriting experience and at least (3) years of supervisory/management experience.
*Well versed in HUD/VA underwriting guidelines and regulations.
*Must possess a high level of personal integrity, judgment and maturity.
*Strong focus on quality and customer service.
*Effective leadership and team building skills.
*Strong oral and written communication and analytical skills.
*Knowledge of Loan Origination System (Point) and MS Office (Word)
