Heart-Shaped Raspberry Cheesecake
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
- 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup raspberry preserves
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch heart-shaped springform pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add 1 1/4 cups sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and heavy cream, and continue to beat until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared crust.
- Spoon raspberry preserves over the top of the cheesecake mixture, swirling with a knife to create a marbled effect.
- Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until the center is set.
- Allow the cheesecake to cool completely before removing it from the pan and serving.
